NeoKBase is an AI-powered knowledge base platform that allows users to create, organize, and refine AI-generated content. The Service provides tools for asking questions, receiving AI-generated responses, and editing those responses to build a personal knowledge repository.

3. User Accounts

To use NeoKBase, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payments

NeoKBase uses a credit-based payment system:

• Credits are purchased through our payment processor, Paddle
• All purchases are subject to Paddle's terms of service
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credits are consumed based on AI usage (tokens processed)
• Credits do not expire
• Prices are in US Dollars (USD)

5. Refund Policy

Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase where applicable. Credits that have been consumed for AI responses are non-refundable. Refunds and cancellations are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Privacy

Your use of NeoKBase is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the credit system
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

Content you create using NeoKBase, including your questions and edited responses, belongs to you. AI-generated responses are provided for your use without restriction. The NeoKBase platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of NeoKBase.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

NeoKBase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies and should be verified independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoKBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
